Executive Head Chef, Graham Grafton, proudly promotes local produce, using ingredients from nearby producers and the Barnsley House vegetable garden. Our typical dishes include Quail Scotch Eggs; Aged chargrilled rib eye steak, béarnaise sauce and hand cut chips; Butts farm beef in ale pie.
